Terms of Trade

1. Introduction

Welcome to Trendium. These Terms of Trade ("Terms") govern the sale of products by Trendium to customers worldwide. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not place an order.

2. Acceptance of Order

2.1. An order is deemed to be accepted by Trendium only when we confirm the order to you by email or other written communication.

2.2. Trendium reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to, availability of stock, errors in pricing or payment issues. 

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. All prices are in currencies displayed and are exclusive of any taxes, duties, or fees that may be applicable in your country.

3.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payment via credit card and other specified payment methods.

3.3. If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, Trendium reserves the right to cancel the order.

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the destination and other factors that may affect international shipping conditions.

While Trendium will use reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframes (outlined in Shipping page), it cannot be hold responsible or liable for any delivery delays.   

4.2. Delivery charges, if any, will be specified at the time of order placement.

4.3. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to buyer upon delivery to the carrier. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the products upon receipt and notify Trendium of any damage or shortage within 48 hours.

5. Returns and Refunds

At Trendium, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are not happy with the products you have received, we offer a returns process.

Eligibility

5.1 Buyers are entitled for a return and refund, if delivered product(s) is/are

§  faulty and/or manufactured with defects,

§ different from specifications/dimensions provided on our website,

§  different in size and colour from their order,

§  not in full working condition,

§  part of the product is not received due to a manufacturing fault. 

5.2. Buyers are not entitled for a return and refund; if products delivered are in accordance with their order, size and dimensions mentioned in our website and in full working condition. Yet,

§  buyer simply changed his/her mind,

§ buyer found the same or another product somewhere else, 

§  buyer decided he/she didn't like the purchase or has no use for it, 

§  damage / problem to order / products was caused by the consumer misusing it.

5.3 Buyers are not entitled for a return and refund if the damage / problem to order/products was caused by actions of third parties (incl but not limited to air cargo or local delivery company) other than Trendium.

5.4 Buyers are not entitled for a return and refund on non-refundable items. 

6. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

6.1. Items purchased on sale and discontinued products are non-refundable and final sale.

6.2. Products in certain categories (such as personal care), custom-made products, or products that have been opened and used, are non-returnable.

6.3. Non-returnable items will be specified in product pages, product description sections and other parts of our website.

7. Acceptable condition for a return 

7.1 Buyers have the right to return a product received for a refund, provided the product is in its original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact.

7.2 Products must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

7.3 Used or damaged products, or products without their original packaging, cannot be accepted for return.

8. Initiating a Return

8.1 To initiate a return, buyers need to notify Trendium within 48 hours of product delivery and ensure to post the products back via a recognised air cargo shipment company within five business days.

8.2 After receiving a return request, our customer service team provides the buyer with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

8.3 When returning orders, the procedure should be in line with the return instructions provided by our customer service team. Cost of returning the products (including shipment, packing, customs, duties and taxes) is the buyer’s responsibility. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the products.

9. Refunds

9.1 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, less any applicable fees.

10. Liability

10.1. Trendium is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products.

10.2. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the products.

11. Force Majeure

Trendium shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, government action, fire, flood, accident, or labor dispute.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

13. Changes to Terms

Trendium reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
