1. Introduction

At Trendium, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are not happy with the products you have received, we offer a returns process.

This Returns Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning products purchased from Trendium.

2. Return Eligibility

Eligibility

2.1 Buyers are entitled for a return and refund, if delivered product(s) is/are

§  faulty and/or manufactured with defects,

§  different from specifications/dimensions provided on our website,

§  different in size and colour from their order,

§  not in full working condition,

§  part of the product is not received as a manufacturing fault.

2.2 Buyers are not entitled for a return and refund; if products delivered are in accordance with their order, size and dimensions mentioned in our website and in full working condition. Yet,

§  buyer simply changed his/her mind,

§  buyer found the same or another product somewhere else,

§  buyer decided he/she didn't like the purchase or has no use for it, 

§  damage / problem to order / products was caused by the consumer misusing it.

2.3 Buyers are not entitled for a return and refund if the damage / problem to order/products was caused by actions of third parties (incl but not limited to air cargo or local delivery company) other than Trendium.

2..4 Buyers are not entitled for a return and refund on non-refundable items. 

2.5 Non-Returnable Items

2.6. Items purchased on sale and discontinued products are non-refundable and final sale.

2.7. Certain products, such as personal care items, custom-made products, or products that have been opened and used, are non-returnable.

2.8. A list of non-returnable items will be specified in product pages, product description sections and other parts of our website.

Acceptable condition for a return 

2.9 Buyers have the right to return a product received for a refund, provided the product is in its original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact.

2.10 Products must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

2.11 Used or damaged products, or products without their original packaging, cannot be accepted for return.

3. Initiating a Return

3.1. To initiate a return, buyers need to notify Trendium within 48 hours of product delivery and ensure to post the products back via a recognised air cargo shipment company within five business days.

3.2. After receiving a return request, our customer service team provides the buyer return instructions via email. 

3.3 When returning orders, the procedure should be in line with the return instructions provided by our customer service team.

3.4 Cost of returning the products (including shipment, packing, customs, duties and taxes) is the buyer’s responsibility and any fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount if a prepaid return label to buyer is provided.

3.5 For some returns, there may be instances, where Trendium provides a prepaid return label to the buyer. The return label cost is USD 9.95 per order and is deducted from the refund amount. 

3.6 When a return label is received, please complete all requested details on the label.

3.7 Securely repack the items being returned in the original packaging and include the completed return label. The returns label received with your order should be fixed over the original delivery label on front of your parcel.

3.8 Please note Trendium is unable to process a refund in case a return parcel gets lost in transit.

3.9 We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the products.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Once the ordered products are returned and cleared of any faults after an inspection, Trendium will process the refund within 5-10 business days.

4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, less any applicable fees.
